Thank you for volunteering to work Verizon. Please make sure you have filled out all information required for volunteering. If we do not have this information and you are scheduled to volunteer for a concert, WE WILL REMOVE YOU FROM THAT CONCERT.

Each person needs their own account. So if you have signed up as a couple, please sign up as individuals. For example: John & Beth O'Donovan now needs to be John O'Donovan and Beth O'Donovan. We need individual information please.

In your individual account information we MUST HAVE the following:

Your Name and the name of the band member you are associated with
Your Address
Your Birth Date
Your Cell phone number

A good thing...putting these numbers in your cell phone just in case you need to cancel at the last minute.
